Production process
We process all menus exactly as they are cooked in the kitchen by the chef. The menu is prepared and cooked fresh, just as it should be served on any plate.
First Process

At this stage we prepare all the necessary requirements, and ensure that the materials used comply with established standards, such as:

Cook
At this stage we cook all the ingredients that have been prepared previously in the preparation stage. In this cooking stage there are 3 treatments that we will carry out, such as:

Packaging
At this stage we carry out the wrapping, weighing and sealing process in accordance with established procedures and conditions and ensure that the food is always in good condition.
